When planning a funeral/memorial mass, a representative of the family is asked to come to the Parish Office to fill out the forms and to discuss planning needs. Once the paperwork is completed in the office, we will then be able to place the funeral/memorial mass on the calendar. 
We are unable to place a date on the calendar until we meet with the family representative.
